Tracy Allen Shepard

Tracy Shepard was a dear friend of mine and was well liked by all he came in contact with. I started training Tracy at the age of 15 when he came to The Body Shoppe Gym with a friend of his by the name of Bo Partin. I put Tracy and Bo in there first Bodybuilding Show together in 1985 in the
Teenage Heart of Dixie. Tracy place 2nd and Bo placed 3rd which fired Tracy up tremendously to become one the best Bodybuilders in the state. After winning 1st in his class at the Alabama on 2 other occasions, Tracy went on to Win the Overall Mr. Alabama title in 1993. Tracy was known for his enormous well built thighs and his incredible lower back,
(lumbar). His was an avid Hunter and loved NASCAR. Tracy was a born again Christian and believed totally in God's word.
Tracy is survived by his lovely wife Susan Shepard, his son
Gabriel Shepard and his stepdaughter Lexy.
